Title. Random metric associated with Liouville quantum gravity

Abstract. I will review some recent progresses on random metrics associated with Liouville quantum gravity, which is a random measure obtained from exponentiating a planar Gaussian free field.  
The talk is based on works with Alex Dunlap, Subhajit Goswami, Ewain Gwynne, Ofer Zeitouni and Fuxi Zhang in various combinations.
