We provide three problem instances. The small instance involves 20 terminals,
50 customer locations and 10 resource constraints; the medium instance involves
50 terminals, 50 demand locations and 5 resource constraints; the large
instance involves 50 terminals, 150 demand locations and 25 resource
constraints.
